TORONTO WRITERS here is what you need to know for the Summer 2013 season… attached is the Graffiti removal by-laws …. PAY ATTENTION TO ITEM #4 (hightlighted below) 
City Council designate the laneway south of Queen Street West, between John Street and Bathurst Street, as an area of municipal significance, and exempt the laneway from any graffiti by-law.
- It is still Best to Obtain approval from Building owner and residents 
- Aways wear a mask!!! 
- Leave the Alley cleaner then when you got there!!!
